He served as President of the La Salsa Fresh Mexican Grill Franchise Association, representing over 50 locations. Opening new restaurants with skilled operational assessment and management of the bottom line, Stephen oversees training systems, menu development and hospitality development, with a deep background in fast casual, casual theme, and fine dining.

Gina helps clients focus on creating an experience for customers, by developing strategies for building loyal brand followers through marketing collateral, logos, menus, signage, website development, packaging and franchise/investor books.
